This landmarked beauty in the heart of the beautiful Park Slope neighborhood was given a complete overhaul. Lyons Studio was responsible for all aspects of this renovation and development project. Creating an inviting and modernized environment within the historic framework of this home was the goal of the project. All internal systems were replaced and overhauled. The layout was modernized and the finishes were approached in a considered fashion. Respect was paid to the history of the home and much of it's historic elements remain. The finishes and millwork were approached in a fashion that had elements of tradition with contemporary leanings. Our scope also included marketing, managment and staging of the property.

Lyons Studio was responsible for the entire development of this project from purchasing through sale of the property. This encompassed architectural design, contruction and project management, procurement of finishes and furnishings as well as marketing and management of the sale of this property.
