For this project, Lyons Studio was tasked with updating a loft-condo in Williamsburg that was a recent build but the development finishes dated quickly and felt impersonal. Working with our clients, who were willing to explore a colorful approach, we were able to give this loft a unique overhaul. A new kitchen and custom millwork throughout the living spaces create an entirely new feel for this home. Utilizing a mix of contemporary and vintage feeling pieces helped create a lived in but considered feel for the home. Using wall finishes and colorful furnishings gave this home a playful and warm aesthetic.
