Project Details:

A growing family who had lovingly lived in this Tribeca loft for several years needed an update to this spacious home in the heart of lower Manhattan. A new kitchen and baths along with updates to finishes throughout helped give a new life to the apartment. For this family, it was important for the materials and fixtures to be durable. Lyons Studio worked to update the space in a thoughtful manner, keeping in mind a contemporary but thougtful approach to aesthetics.
