This compact but charming townhome in the Gowanus area of Brooklyn received a complete overhaul by Lyons Studio. Keeping this approachable for a young family the concept was to modernize the layout while keeping elements of historic character. The application of playful colors throughout creates an eclectic look and lived in feel. A mix of custom and budget friendly finishes creates a unique aesthetic. For furnishings, a blend of contemporary pieces that span from vintage to new allows for a lived in but clean feel.
